Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- We accept returns or exchanges on items within 60 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items such as underwear, swimwear, and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to health and hygiene reasons.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Request a Return AuthorizationPlease contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to initiate the return or exchange process. You will need to provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Return ShippingOnce your return or exchange request is approved, we will send you a return label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
- Refund or ExchangeFor returns, once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) once we receive the returned goods. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer you a full refund, exchange, or replacement at no additional charge.

- Final sale or clearance items
- Items not in original condition (worn, washed, or damaged)
International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition.
